Punakaiki Fund is patient growth capital. It holds an existing, diversified portfolio of 19 revenue-generating New Zealand technology companies, together producing around $250 million in annual revenue, across different sectors, stages and ages. You invest once, with no capital calls, and shares trade through regular windows on Catalist.
Climate Fund 1 was the first climate-focused venture fund in New Zealand. It backs companies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including Liquium and NovoLabs, with every investment verified by an independent Climate Impact Committee. The fund is closed to new investment.
Climate Fund 2 continues the strategy. It invests in companies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions across Australasia, from pre-commercial to growth stage, across water, energy, waste and food. The same independent Climate Impact Committee verifies every investment. Fund 2 is open now and approved as an Acceptable Managed Fund for the AIP visa.
